This theoretical biology project applies the principles of Game Theory (such as Nash Equilibrium) to the study of protein dynamics. By treating amino acid residues as "players" in a cooperative game of folding and stability, we aim to mathematically identify critical "vulnerable" nodes—regions essential for structural integrity but susceptible to disruption—providing a unique strategy for identifying non-obvious drug targets.
